Q. 1. Do I need to download or host software?
Sol-Lite.com handles all transactions on our servers. You do NOT need to download or host any software. All that is required is that you log into your account, view and manage your results.

Q. 2. Is Sol-Lite.com secure? Will anyone else be able to view my records?
Sol-Lite.com is completely secure. You may choose your own user ID (your email address) and password to login to your account. From the website, only you can view the history and order status of your account.

No. Sol-Lite.com is the sole owner of the information we collected at this site. We DO NOT sell, rent or share this information with any other company for the purpose of marketing or otherwise. Q. 7. What is the meaning of quantity pricing?
Sol-Lite.com provides customers a competitive unit price. On the other hand, Sol-Lite.com also gives customer a quantity pricing, which means the unit price varies on the order quantity. For example, unit price of purchasing 1000 pcs of Sol-Shaver is much lower than 10 pcs.

Q. 8. What is the minimum purchase quantity?
There is no minimum order purchase quantity.
However, please note that for wholesale quantity order, goods are shipped in FULL Carton Quantity only. For example, if you want to order 96 pcs of Sol-Candle, but as a FULL carton consists of 100 pcs, the quantity in your shopping cart will automatically add up to 100 pcs. When you check out the shopping cart, your invoice will also be calculated for 100 pcs.

Q. 9. How are the goods delivered?
Goods will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or by sea at your choosing. The charges excludes any fees and duties that may be applied in the recipient country. The delivery charges are calculated and displayed in the check out page.

Q. 10. When will my order be delivered?
Order times may vary, depending on what you order and choice of shipping method.
Here are some general guidelines:
Sample orders will usually ship in 14 to 20 days while wholesale orders will usually ship in 30 to 45 days (depending on the quantity you ordered) and shipping method.
Please note: these are estimates only, not guarantees. If we find that there is going to be an unusual delay for your order, we will notify you immediately.

Q. 11. Does Sol-Lite.com charge sales tax or duties?
Sol-Lite.com will NOT charge and withhold the applicable sales tax or import/export duties for orders to be delivered to addresses outside Hong Kong. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, duties or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.

Q. 12. Returns/Refunds Policy
Refunds will be honored within 15 days of receipt of product. Make sure you receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at websales@sol-lite.com prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to any shipping costs that we incurred, these costs include the original cost to ship the product to you. All refunds will be subject to the current shipping charges at the time of the return. Note: the cost to ship many of items can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want.
Shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer unless the return is due to an error by Sol-Lite.com, such as wrong merchandise was sent, merchandise arrived damaged during delivery or manufacturing defective.

Q. 13. What payment options are available?
Sol-Lite.com currently accept payment by Visa and MasterCard, other cards would be accepted in the near future. We only accept payment by credit card for any purchase with amount equal to or less than USD500.00. We accept payment by T/T, or L/C for any order with the total purchase amount exceeds USD10000.00. We are unable to accept payments by cash or personal check.

Q. 16. How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. If order being cancelled was paid by credit card, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover the cost of our credit card processing and refunding fees. You must send an email to us at websales@sol-lite.com.
Note: the cost to ship many of items can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders, so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.
